**About the role**:

**What you'll be doing**
- Supporting our customer services team with answering customer contacts, managing returns and managing customer communications regarding their orders.
- Processing customer orders and coordinating with the warehouse team for timely delivery.
- Supporting with fulfilling orders (picking, packing & dispatching).
- Working with our merchandising team to understand how intake delays will impact pre-orders and being responsible for communicating updates to customers.
- Assisting other departments within the warehouse, such as intake and quality control

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer services or warehouse operations.
- Used to working against KPI targets.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with consumer goods industry and logistics processes is a plus.
- Experience with inventory management software and customer services software is a plus.
- Onsite at our warehouse in Orton Southgate.
