We are currently recruiting for a HR Co-ordinator to join our expanding team and to be based at our brand-new state of the art office at East Midlands Gateway. Providing flexible and efficient HR & Payroll support, we require you to have a proactive approachto drive positive culture throughout this business.
The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You would be working predominantly Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 with flexibility required as this is a 24/7 site that may require unsocial hours.
**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,500 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to workscheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks. We have excellent dental and private medical insurance benefits as well.
**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Manage a varied caseload including discipline, grievance, performance, flexible working and ill-health.
- Support the HR team to deliver a first-class on-site people service, ensuring legal compliance with all HR and payroll practices
- Prepare regular and ad hoc management information reports as required
- Develop and supporting a performance management culture
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- CIPD qualified or a willingness to study towards one
- Experience working in a fast-paced HR & payroll environment
- Experience in using Time & Attendance Systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
