**My client**is an award winning and expanding legal 100 firm with an equally good Real Estate offering. This legal 500 ranked Real Estate team are award winning and of a good size. Without a high hours target you can really have a work lifebalance that hybrid working is meant to give you.

The team have some really experienced lawyers for you to learn from and a real platform for progression. Salary is highly competitive and a very achievable bonus.
This role will see you take on a wide variety of commercial property transactions to include commercial landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, and general commercial property advice. Responsible for your own caseload you canexpect good client contact here and the opportunity to build your own relationships. You will can also expect to get exposure to bigger transactions, working as part of a team, assisting the partners.
- Be a qualified solicitor
- Have a minimum of 2PQE
- Have proven experience working in Real Estate
