**About The Role**:

- Provide visibility to management on industry go-to-market activities in EMEA as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis of the state of the business (pipeline, ARR, growth, key deal synopsis, etc.)
- Drive sales enablement activities to empower salespeople to promote industry solutions, including how to engage the buyer persona, run discovery, create the pitch, handle objections and competition, etc.
- Help sales teams create account plans, identify white space, and seed demand for industry solutions in key accounts
- Become a trusted advisor to sales teams and assist in key customer meetings with the buyer personas in each focus industry
- Be an industry thought leader and spokesperson in industry events, analyst briefings, etc.

**Your Experience & Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience as a go-to-market lead in one or more industries such as retail, manufacturing, media & entertainment, etc.
- You have strong communication skills and have the ability to clearly and succinctly explain to management the rationale of your recommendations and initiatives as well as credibly present to the C-suite of our customers in each focus industry
- Storyteller; leverages customer success stories in your pitch and articulate business value delivered (vs. a technical product-focused pitch)
- Possess entrepreneurial qualities - you’re a fast learner, self-driven, and able to motivate & lead others, challenge the status quo, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Advantage
