**Key responsibilites and skills**:
- Executing and monitoring paid media advertising budgets
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to deliver marketing campaigns, always with a focus on ROI and sales.
- Measure and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and ad spend ROI
- Coordinating external agencies team to identify innovative growth strategies across paid media channels
- Preparing weekly reports on performance by channel, identifying opportunities and risks
- Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
- Identify and manage customer segments within our database to ensure effective targeting through our communications
- Experience using SEMRush, Adobe Photoshop, Klaviyo and Hootsuite
- Working experience with Google Analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices
- Experience using Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ad Manager
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years experience in a digital marketing or channel manager role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Excellent ability to work as part of a team
