**Role Description**: Data Entry and Online Order Processing Assistant at Eurasia Crafts.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Data Entry and Online Order Processing Assistant** to join our team. This role combines administrative support, data entry, and online retail operations to ensure seamless customer experiences both online and in-store.

**Online Retail and Sales Support**
- Listing items on eBay, Shopify, TikTok, and other marketplaces to maximize sales.
- Monitoring and maintaining online merchandise and stock availability.
- Dispatching orders promptly and coordinating with warehouse operatives for safe and timely deliveries.

**Data Entry and Administration**
- Entering data into centralized systems (Bleep and Linnworks) with a high level of accuracy.
- Transferring physical records to digital filing systems and updating databases as necessary.
- Generating periodic reports and retrieving data as requested.
- Collecting and verifying customer and client information.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, including identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Managing supplier inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Interacting with management and quality control teams to address customer requirements and feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database systems (e.g., Bleep and Linnworks).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in data entry, online retail, or a related field is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
