We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and complex health needs to live in their own homes.

We'd like you to join us as a **Support Worker** at our clients home based in **Redditch**

**When you'll be working**:

- Saturdays
- 2pm
- 6pm
- 1 shifts a week available
- 4 hour a week contract

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to support our male client in their own home** **which will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.

**No previous experience required **as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
