**Payroll Advisor** **Up to £34,000** **Manchester (hybrid)** Frazer Jones is currently partnering with a global law firm operating in over 40 offices across six continents. With its global position in core sectors of insurance, transport, marine, natural resources and energy their vision is to be client's first choicefor complex jurisdictional matters.

As a Payroll Advisor, you will join growing team in Manchester to maintain accurate payroll process and deliver monthly payroll on regular basis. Your knowledge in tax and NI will be crucial to assist in all aspects of payroll. Your fantastic understandingof payroll software and its functionality will be essential as you will be heavily involved in processing starters, leavers, running reports and prepare BACS. Being an effective team member, you will be able to effectively communicate with Finance and HR teaminternally but also liaise with HMRC and third-party providers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing two payrolls - English and Scottish from start to finish, monthly journal data and reconciliation of accounts
- Ensuring all starters and leavers are processed promptly and accurately on payroll system
- Prepare manual calculation including statutory payments and pensions administration
- Prepare and transmit BACS files within monthly deadlines
- Complete year-end processes and generate necessary reports
- Liaise with internal teams and HMRC where required
