We are looking to hire a personable dental receptionist to join our award-winning team at Chelsea Dental Clinic to help us to deliver exceptional dentistry and communication to our patients.

Our clinic is home to an exceptional team of dental professionals and specialists. Our digital presence attracts both celebrities and discerning clientele who are looking for life-changing smile makeovers.

Day to day you would ensure that patients are greeted with a 5-star welcome and appointments are appropriately scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled, depending on the needs of the patients.

**_Responsibilities include: _**
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments as needed.
- Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing reminders.
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones
- Helping the team follow up patient enquires and treatment plan decisions
- Calling potential patients that have enquired about treatment

Competitive rates of pay depend on experience.

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
