Our team is dedicated, ambitious and hardworking and with a prestigious portfolio of global partners and a rapidly growing e-commerce team, we are now looking for a**Senior Designer**to join the influential team and take your career to the next level.

**Duties**:

- Researching, developing and designing across multi-product category, including identifying key shapes for the season and key product opportunities
- Source and develop new fabrications, techniques and trimmings, expert understanding across all fabric bases.
- Planning and working closely with in-house Buying and Merch teams - collaborating to create fresh product and collections in line with key trading periods
- Develop detailed Tech packs working with garment tech and can support and oversee junior team tech packs
- Working with the Garment Tech team and pattern cutters daily to ensure designs and production are executed according to the tech pack
- Building key relationships with suppliers
- Present to the wider with key designs and trends.

**Skills Required**:

- Has previous 4+ years’ experience designing multi-product in a similar womenswear brand?
- Expert knowledge of cut and construction
- Strong commercial handwriting and understanding of the customer.
- Expert in adobe creative suite (photoshop / illustrator)
- Is willing to travel internationally for sourcing and product development trips
- Is highly skilled in design for all fabric bases.
- Is organised and a self-starter who will take initiative.
- Thrives under pressure and fast paced business.
- Can manage and develop juniors.
