Trainee Solderer

To ensure they meet their growth plans, they are intent on procuring the best possible Solderers and trainee solderers.

The successful Solderer will learn all aspects of electrical assembly including:

- Conventional soldering
- Through hole soldering
- Reading electronic schematics
- Supporting the overall business, where needed.

We are looking to connect with anyone with a keen interest in electronics, this role will suit an established professional Solderer, hobbyist or up and comer, who is looking to learn from the industries best and can:

- Maintain high attention to detail
- Follow instructions
- Retain information
- Work within a team

In return for their loyalty the Solderer will be offered:

- An hourly rate of £11.20, raising to £22.5k (following successful probation)
- Mon-Thur 8:30-17:30 & 15:30 finish on Friday
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (following successful probation)
