**Working hours:

- **Week 1: Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Week 2: Monday to Friday 8 am - 4 pm

(With 1h for lunch)

We are working on behalf of a Leeds-based client who’s currently looking for a Hire Controller to join on 12 weeks TEMP to PERM basic. (12 weeks of full-time and ongoing work via Venatu and transfer on permanent at the client’s company straight after.)

**Duties**:

- Prepare to hire contracts and quotations in line with company procedures.
- Collation of accurate weekly and monthly records.
- Keep complete and up-to-date database and paperwork.
- Ongoing management of necessary correspondence.
- Always assist clients with top-class customer service.
- Keep a track of customer enquiries and their sources to gain new business opportunities.
- Follow up quotations and various enquiries.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Great attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- IT literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

- Committed and passionate about customer service.
- An enthusiastic and friendly team player.
- Happy to share gained experience.
- Motivated self-starter with a methodical approach to work.
- Has the ability to become an integral part of the team.
