UX Product Designer required to join Digital Solutions team of this global Professional Services provider based in central London.

They require a Product Designer to provide high level design, drive innovation and inspire others to continually improve the customer digital experience across all areas of the business.

Working on design problems throughout the product lifecycle - from visioning, validating business propositions, discovery and user research through to crafting UX/UI for launching products and services.

This is a great opportunity to shape the future of their products as well as help build the UX and product design capability in a thriving industry.

**Salary**: To £55K plus bonus plus benefits

**Location**: London Bridge - they are currently going into the office once a week so must be able to get to the office as required.

**They require**:

- Significant background and recent experience as a UX designer - designing for product.
- Strong interaction design, prototyping skills and proficiency in prototyping tools.
- Ability to present confidently and with enthusiasm to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Experience with user research, quantitative and qualitative, to find usability problem areas and opportunities for improvement.
- Broad knowledge and deep understanding of design methodologies, techniques and tools.
- Must have a portfolio showcasing complex digital design solutions, demonstrating the process of design decisions and their rational.
- Ability to develop design solutions that are creative and elegant in context, and yet simple and accessible.
- Ability to plan your work, articulate the process and share progress.
- Uses a variety of tools to produce user related flows, wireframes, prototypes and final UI.
- Professional experience in designing mass market products is an advantage.
- Experience working in a B2B company (preferred).
- A diverse UX/UI design portfolio, backed up with compelling results.

**The role will include**:

- Creative UX/UI hybrid Product Designer who can help shape and drive product strategy and be a voice for design and user research within the company.
- Detail oriented but can zoom out for bigger picture thinking.
- Map high level user journeys and be able to work on a specific screen to find the optimal information hierarchy.
- Design for systems, not for screens in isolation - understanding that systems are complex even when they look simple.
- Able to clearly present and articulate ideas to cross-functional teams, write clear specifications and guidelines to help developers understand and execute ideas.
- Produce prototypes as necessary.
- Produce both low-fi sketches, wireframes, process flows, site maps and pixel-perfect visual designs.
- Carry-out stakeholder research to understand client needs, run user tests and track digital trends, looking for ways to improve products.
- Create modular, responsive and consistent design systems across our platforms, business and product areas and have knowledge of how to keep consistency across all user touchpoints.
- Evaluate the product design practice and introduce human centred design thinking across all areas - fostering on-going collaboration.
- Encourage design thinking and the development of creative solutions by leading workshops which persuade and inspire.
- Design new experiences and patterns in a complex ecosystem and across platforms.
- Drive the design process with cross-functional partners and teams.
