Claratus Commercial Finance is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven, confident, and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Commercial Finance Broker. This is a fantastic entry-level role with full training provided, a strong focus on cold calling and telemarketing, and a clear path to becoming a Commercial Finance Broker.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Trainee Broker, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and learning the ropes of commercial finance. Key responsibilities include:

- Cold calling and telemarketing to business owners and decision-makers to generate leads
- Building rapport with potential clients to understand their finance needs
- Booking appointments for senior brokers to close finance deals
- Updating and managing the CRM system with lead and client information
- Learning how to structure, price, and present funding solutions
- Building up to a sales role where you manage your own pipeline

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re looking for individuals who are:

- Confident on the phone, resilient, and not afraid of cold calling
- Eager to learn and develop a career in commercial finance
- Target-driven, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communicators with a professional manner
- Organised and able to manage their time effectively
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
- Numerate - confident with basic maths
- Sales or telemarketing experience is a required must, but finance experience is not - full training will be provided by our sales team._

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (required)
- Commercial Finance: 3 years (preferred)

- 50% (required)
