Blackwell is looking for experienced plant operators and supervisors to join the UKs longest established Earthworks Specialist, on a 5 year project in Aylesbury, to operate and supervise the following plant:
**We are looking for a full range of earthmoving operators with experience operating the following plant**:

- **Grader**
- The appropriate competency card, CPCS is preferred but other industry cards will be considered.
- Able to follow instructions or, in the case of supervisors, give instructions.
- Have a positive attitude towards safety.
- Able to communicate well at all levels.
- Have a flexible approach to work.
- Be a strong team player.
- Have excellent keeping and a willingness to work overtime as necessary.
- Contract in accordance with Working Rule Agreement/ CIJC.
