**Hygiene Operatives Days 07:00am - 16:30pm**

**Responsibilities**:
As part of our Site Presentation Team, you will have a number of responsibilities, they will include:

- Undertake all aspects of factory cleaning and disinfect as requested by the Senior Supervisor.
- Ensure required hygiene standards are matched or exceeded.
- Operate and follow health and safety procedures, both in the use of chemicals and when dismantling / reassembling equipment.
- Always seek to minimise waste from chemicals and cleaning equipment.

**Skills and knowledge**:

- Good understanding of hygiene requirements in a food factory environment, ideally fresh meat.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- A willingness to adopt a flexible approach to work, being willing to take on new tasks as required.
- The ability to plan, organise and coordinate multiple tasks, achieving strict deadlines.

**Desirable**:

- GCSE’s (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Food Safety Level 2
- COSHH Training
