**Van Driver** **Location: Waltham Cross, Herts** **Salary: £25,500 per annum** **Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over Monday to Saturday on a rota (Sunday always off)** **Start Times: Between 0400 and 0530** At Solstice we supply London’s top Restaurants, Hotels, Bars & Catering Companies with fresh seasonal produce 6-days a week. We are passionate about meticulously sourcing and selecting the finest ingredients, whether they are from the Lincolnshire Fens or the great Parisian market Rungis, or humble market gardens. We take great pride in selecting and delivering only the finest ingredients from around the world for our customers and we are looking for experienced Van Drivers to join our team. **Duties of 3.5T Van Driver include, but are not limited to**: - To provide an efficient, friendly service to create and maintain a customer focused environment and ensure that all queries are dealt with efficiently and politely. - Responsible for maximizing and formulating a professional working relationship with all of our customers. - Minimise additional costs, by efficient product handling and accurate picking. - Responsible for the security of the Company property and customer access keys. - Communicate all product/invoice discrepancies to the Company. - Complete and return all Company and customer paperwork to the required standard. - Adhere with Company Policy in relation to personal hygiene, personal presentation, health & safety and housekeeping. - Maintaining Company Security policy, ensuring that any suspicious incidents are reported to Senior Management. **Requirements of the 3.5T Van Driver**: - 3.5T license (B Category) - Exceptional customer service skills - A "can do" attitude - Applicants should not have any major convictions such as DR'S, DD'S, INS and no more than 6 Points on license **Benefits**: - 28 days paid annual leave - Free onsite parking - Medicash Health Plan - Day off for moving - Bereavement leave - Pension Scheme - Retail Rewards **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £25,500.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company pension - Employee discount - On-site parking Work Location: One location
