**Sales Executive - Aylesbury - £21,000 - £31,000 Basic (£50,000 OTE)**

Our Client is a well-established business with over 12 years of service. They offer a number of services from security, IT and internet or telecoms. Due to further growth & product expansion, they are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join the securitysales team.

**The Position**

The position of Sales Executive comes with a salary of between £21,000-£31,000 basic + bonus. The on-target earnings will be £50,000. This is a field based role but you will be working out of the Aylesbury office when you’re not out on appointments. Theroles and duties of the Sales Executive with include, but not be limited to:

- Identifying new business opportunities within the existing client base by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective security customers
- Identifying customer requirements for solutions through research and analysis of all the products we provide
- Recommending solutions to prospective customers which meet their requirements
- To grow and develop your own pipeline, ensuring that you can continually self-generate business
- Work towards achieving all monthly targets and KPI’s agreed with the Sales Manager

**About You**

The successful Sales Executive will need to be technically minded to provide quotations best suited for our clients & be confident to build relationships and convert sales opportunities from leads and existing clients. You should demonstrate:

- Proven Track Record of sales excellence
- Ability to think and plan strategically, showing business acumen and ability to anticipate challenges
- Strong collaboration skills: will be required to coordinate closely with other functions including the engineering and operations teams
- Highly customer focused, confident and with good attention to detail
- Excellent time management, organisational and prioritising skills
