**The role responsibilities**:

- Advise and support the customer with eSourcing events
- Translate event specifications into documents for suppliers
- Upload eSourcing software with event details
- Communicate with and train customers and suppliers for online events
- Liaise with customer in lead up to / during online events
- Organising meetings and demonstrations to the customer, in person and virtual
- Monitor online events and support customers and suppliers
**The person we’re looking for**:

- Degree educated
- Excellent Communication skills
- Driven, self-motivated and desire to desire to grow a successful career
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Team player
- Possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong understanding and experience of IT Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other systems
