The Complex Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall management and scheduling of detailed monthly client rotas, as well as working closely with management to manage recruitment needs of all care staff.

The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day support and supervision of the Healthcare Assistants and Nurses, as well as being the first point of contact for all client queries, ensuring we are always delivering the highest possible standard of care.

Key tasks (non-exhaustive):

- Undertake training to use our scheduling software to roster staff to provide a safe and efficient delivery of service to our clients, and ensure rotas are sent to both staff and clients in a timely manner each month.
- Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding processes of all care staff, ensuring safe, suitable recruitment standards are met.
- Manage the performance of all care workers, carrying out monthly supervisions and appraisals.
- Liaise with other professionals involved in the service users care, such as commissioners, social workers, and case managers.
- To participate in the On-Call service during out of hours.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the client and their family.
- Represent the Company professionally at all times, both over the phone and in person.
- Facilitate the introduction of new care staff to clients following Company processes and policies.
- Supporting operations with meeting quality standards set by the company, CQC and the HSE.
- Book and ensure staff complete necessary training and make sure they remain compliant with yearly refreshers.
- Keep and maintain accurate records, ensuring the OneDrive folders are kept organised.
- Assist with any other admin tasks that may be required

Essential requirements:

- Experience in an administrative capacity
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care (or willing to work towards)
