We have a brand new **Cell Leader**opportunity available at our Stannah Stairlift manufacturing facility in Newburn.

As a Cell Leader, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the paint plant to ensure that production targets are met.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will coordinate daily output and team priorities.

This is a great chance to join Stannah at a time when the paint plant facility is being set up. Therefore this role is the first of its kind at Newburn and will closely support the project and be involved in training of staff in its implementation.

As a Cell Leader at Stannah you will need to have experience of working in a modern manufacturing environment. It is essential you have a health and safety mindset and can lead by example.

You will need to be able to manage a team, building a multi skilled workforce and supporting individual development.
