**Role: Lead Sports Coach**

**Main duties include**:

- Planning, preparing and delivering quality sports activities within a safe and caring environment.
- Administering first aid when necessary.
- Setting up the activity space including moving furniture and equipment.
- Working alongside the manager, provide support and supervision to all staff and volunteers
associated with the club.
- Attend regular staff meetings in relation to the club.
- Administration and record keeping
- Developing and maintaining good communication with all members of the club, schools and
parents.
- Undertaking appropriate and relevant training.
- Working within the framework of the club’s policies and procedures

**Salary**:Up to £22,000 per year

**Hours: 40 Hours Per Week**

**When it comes to organising and carrying out the delivery of physical education, school sport, and childcare in primary schools, Active8 Minds® has a wealth of knowledge and experience.**

**Our developmental programme, which includes Lead PE specialists to Playworker apprentices is expertly supervised by our very own Operation and Development Managers, to guarantee quality and consistency.**

**Active8 Minds® have a wealth of knowledge and experience at planning and executing the delivery of Physical Education, School Sport and Child Care in primary schools.**

**Quality and Consistency is assured through our developmental programme, consisting of Lead PE specialists to Playworker apprentices, all expertly guided by our very own Operation and Development Managers.**

**Active8 Minds® has created a Community Interest Company in order to better serve the community (CIC). Once we are successful with funding, we will be able to use physical activities to enhance the lives of children and young adults.**

**Since Active8 Minds® is a licenced and 1st4Sport-approved training facility, we can help nearby institutions in offering their sport and teaching apprenticeship programmes while also giving our present personnel the chance to take accredited courses on-site.**
