Primary Responsibilities:

- Cultivate positive and enduring relationships with students, addressing their distinct learning needs.
- Evaluate and monitor student progress using diverse assessment methods.

You Will:
- Have recent experience as a Teaching Assistant or demonstrate a strong passion for working with students aged 11+.
- Possess knowledge of, or be willing to learn about, the National curriculum and additional support needs.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
