Supply Chain Fulfillment Specialist

**What’s the purpose of role**:
To deliver strong stock availability, efficient stockholding and effective planning of stock movement and packing to fulfil orders to the easyJet UK, Swiss and European Network. Supporting the development of the forecast and creating an appropriate DemandPlan to maintain inventory at an agreed level. To support the Supply Chain Team by undertaking specific and ad-hoc administrative tasks as and duties/responsibilities as required. To work closely with the broader Operations and Managing Agent Teams and otherdepartments to support a strong operation.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- To support the supply chain planning & purchasing teams in ensuring key stakeholder are updated
- on all replenishment activities up and down the supply stream
- To undertake tasks relating to replenishment and stock management as directed by the planning & purchasing teams
- To be professional in all communication with suppliers at the appropriate contact level
- To support effective team working
- To action systems maintenance activities as directed by the Supply Chain team

- Some experience of merchandising/replenishment systems
- Experience of working within high-volume catering/ retail / supply chain - not essential
It is an advantage to have the following education and/or experience in:
- Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics experience
- Stock/inventory management
- Customer Fulfilment
- Airline/catering industry
- Consumer goods experience/FMCG
- Administrative/Account Management role within a retail environment
- Demonstrates passion and drive to deliver great customer service and to be an outstanding Supply Chain professional

- Stock versus plan, stock turn and stock levels
- Supplier and other stakeholder feedback
