**Job Title: Technical Services Officer** **Reports To: Operations Manager** **Department: Operations**

We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk/Customer Service Technician to join the team at our Head Office in Birmingham. You will be the first point of contact, providing advice and technical support to all our customers and engineers. Our Technical Services team are experts in troubleshooting and are hands on with our products and technology from day one.

**Purpose**:
To support the Technical Services team, by ensuring the technologies across our estate are always working and performing effectively.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain our live equipment, ensuring performance is kept to a maximum.
- Ensure all equipment logs are updated to ensure queries can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Work with third party companies to fix issues and book engineers.
- Generate reports to identify and resolve any potential issues.
- Setup Pay & Display / Cashless hardware and software.
- Working closely with other teams to trial and test new products and features.

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE English & Maths.
- Strong IT skills, including intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk/Customer Service role.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
