In this role, you’ll be the face of our business — engaging directly with potential customers, presenting our products and services, and driving sales through excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
**What You’ll Do**
- Visit residential areas to engage with potential customers face-to-face.
- Present our products and services clearly, highlighting key benefits.
- Build trust and rapport by listening to customer needs and answering questions.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads.
- Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after sales.
- Share insights and strategies with the team to improve overall performance.
- Plan your daily route effectively to maximise efficiency and results.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Sales or customer service experience** (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication in English (both verbal and written).
- Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- **Own car** (would be an advantage).
**Salary & Benefits**
**Commission**: Uncapped commission structure — the more you sell, the more you earn.
**On-Target Earnings (OTE)**: £24,000 - £50,000+ annually (full-time).
