Our client is looking for a Cost Analyst to support the Credit Management Team and the Accounts Receivable Team Leader in Derby. The Credit Management Team plays a vital role in raising invoices for our client's business. The role will allow you to gaininvaluable experience of working for a global organisation.

**Description**

**Cost Analyst Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the invoice request inbox to ensure all invoice requests are delegated
- Confirm the invoice requestor is on the authorised requestor list
- Raising invoices
- Collate and perform predefined checks on any documentation that needs to be submitted with an invoice
- Produce copy invoices as requested
- Distribute invoices and associated documentation as requested
- Answer invoice / credit note queries
- Decide on VAT treatment of invoices and escalating where necessary
- Liaising with internal stakeholders

**Profile**

**The successful Cost Analyst**:

- Ability to work under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good numerical skills
- Customer focused attitude
- Good level of IT literacy, particularly Excel related
- Team player
- Flexible and adaptable to an ever changing environment
- AAT part / full qualified (or equivalent experience)
- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English
