Pulse: Pioneering insight that better connects you with your audience This role will be key in supporting BPGs strategy and growth ambitions to expand and fully optimise its partner network, develop its client roster, and pioneer new engagement strategies. We already have existing partnerships in play that require dedicated focus and nurturing but, in line with our plans to grow and pioneer, we are looking for an individual with established experience in this arena. Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity,strategic thinking and strong organisational and communication skills. You will embrace the opportunity to identify new areas for partnership growth, be able to scope partnership frameworks and develop partner proposals that add true value to both parties. We'd love to meet someone with... - Experience at a senior level of identifying, developing, and shaping partnership frameworks (our preference is at least 5 years+ in this area) - A proactive and considered approach to who these partners should be factoring in commercial aspirations, the strategic expertise we wish to add to the Group and our wider Group social values around sustainability, D&I and the environment - The ability to pull together robust and creative proposals that demonstrate our Group desire to pioneer, and make a difference - A networker who understands the value of getting the business 'out there' - and who can proactively drive our own networking forums in the mid to long-term - A strong communicator and presenter - someone who actively listens, actively engages and is a compelling storyteller - A team player. This role will be working directly for our Group CEO but will work closely with a senior management team, supporting the growth and development of each agency This role will see you working for Blue Square whilst supporting BPG
