Located in a stunning setting in Weybridge you will be involved in opening this stunning new Beauty & Wellness centre, which is part of one of Weybridge leading hotels. This is an exciting new venture that will have a large marketing and promotional budget behind it to ensure its success You will be trained to use the amazing new line of Italian beauty products.

You will need to have experience in managing and providing wellness therapies, massage and beauty treatments. You will work with other Heads of department to ensure the success and profitability of the treatment rooms, achieving a high rate of customer satisfaction and return on investment.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To carry out beauty treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
- To provide engaging wellness therapies, massage and beauty treatments
- To promote products, perform a monthly inventory of Treatment Room stock level for retail and operational products
- To attend any appropriate training courses required.
- Hire and train staff
- Create a weekly staff roster
- Always demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
- Oversee marketing and customer relationship management incentives

- Able to liaise with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of the Treatment Room operation.
- Able to promote and sell treatment programs to individuals, groups, conference guests and walk-in etc.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£35,001.00 per year
