We're looking for an innovative and upbeat Social Media Executive to join our marketing team, helping us elevate our brand’s online presence across various social platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Strategy**
- Develop and produce high-quality visual content (photos, videos, graphics) that reflects our brand identity and engages our target audience.
- Stay ahead of social media trends to create timely and relevant content.
- Ensure all content aligns with AP Morgan’s brand guidelines and industry standards.

**Content Scheduling & Posting**
- Manage and maintain a detailed content calendar.
- Schedule and post content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok etc.) to optimise engagement and visibility.
- Monitor posts, responding to comments and direct messages in a timely, professional manner.

**Campaign Management**
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and generate leads.
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

**Community Engagement & Follower Growth**
- Engage with online communities, fostering positive interactions to grow followers and enhance brand loyalty.
- Participate in relevant conversations to position AP Morgan as an industry thought leader.

**Video Editing & Multimedia Production**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging video content, utilising Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut and other video editing tools.
- Assist with multimedia needs during peak marketing periods.

**Support for Internal Training Platform**
- Work closely with the learning and development team to create engaging and visually appealing content for internal training programs.
- Ensure training materials are consistent with our branding.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with various departments to develop content that supports broader business objectives.
- Participate in internal training on topics such as CRM system administration, reporting, and asset management.

**Additional Duties**
- Be willing to take on other marketing and business tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in creating and managing engaging social media content.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Expertise in photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube) and emerging trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK Driving License and access to a car for travel to multiple office locations.
- Knowledge of the estate agency or property industry is a plus.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing principles.
