They are looking for an **Adaptations Specialist (1 post )** to join their Safer Neighbourhoods team. The Adaptations Specialist will provide expert advice and support for internal and external customers in relation to Adaptations installation, which improve their customers’ lives and promotes independence. You will manage, support, track and deliver anend to end service for minor and major adaptations for a caseload of vulnerable customers supporting them to sustain their "at risk" tenancies, as well as assess referrals to minimise risk and provide structured support using the outside the box toolkit. In addition, you will work collaboratively with neighbourhood teams, and other stakeholders to provide services that are tailored to meet neighbourhood and customer needs ensuring a holistic approach to sustaining tenancies. To enable them to capitalise on the benefits of more flexible ways of working, for their customers, colleagues and to support sustainability, they have developed our client 'WorkSpace’. This is their approach that focuses on work being the thing that theydo that makes a difference to their customers, not the place they go. This role is home based and there is no requirement to attend the office daily, but you will be required to attend neighbourhoods and/or sites as required to fulfil duties of the role.
