**Perform General Cleaning Tasks**: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, shelves, and fixtures. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors. Empty trash bins and replace liners.

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Disinfection and Sanitization: Use appropriate cleaning agents and disinfectants to sanitize high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, handrails, light switches, and elevator buttons. Follow established protocols for disinfecting surfaces to prevent the spread of germs and viruses, including COVID-19. Restocking Supplies: Monitor and replenish restroom and cleaning supplies, such as hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning chemicals.

Notify supervisors when supplies are running low to ensure continuous availability. Floor Care: Perform floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, waxing, and polishing floors as needed. Use floor care equipment safely and effectively, following manufacturer instructions and safety protocols. Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste and recyclable materials according to established procedures and regulations.

Segregate and separate recyclable materials from general waste as required. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and functionality of cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and buffers. Report any malfunctioning equipment or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Adherence to Health and Safety Standards: Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and safe work practices.

Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors immediately. Qualifications: Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not required. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
