CK Group have a fantastic senior level opportunity for a eTMF (Electronic Trial Master File) and CTA Manager to join an excellent company in the pharmaceutical industry on an initial 6 month contract. The role has been determined as Inside IR35, so workingoptions of PAYE or Umbrella company are available.

**Salary**:
Up to £490 per day

As a eTMF and Clinical Trials Associate Manager you will:

- Run and lead eTMF activities.
- Line manage a team of highly skilled CTAs.
- Provide oversight of eTMF activities outsourced to CRO Partners.
- Have full responsibility for CTA recruitment.
- Partake in active vendor management, including development and monitoring of KPIs in respect of eTMF
and document quality.
- Work with the vendor to set up new studies.
**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience of either leading or involvement in the implementation of an eTMF system including
managing and maintaining an eTMF system
- Strong leadership and training experience
- Strong Line management / People management skills
- Knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements
- Previous small pharmaceutical/biotech experience
- Strong technical expertise.
- Preference for Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer or life sciences or allied health fields such as nursing, pharmacy or health science.
