Our client, a top UK 100 firm in Leeds seeks an employment solicitor to bolster their experienced team due to continue growth in Leeds.
The firm employ over 500 employees nationwide and continue to pride themselves as an award-winning firm year after year.
You will be joining a flexible and highly supportive environment. Within this opportunity will come excellent career opportunities to progress within the firm, as they look to double in size within the next five years.
**The Role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an employment solicitor to join the Leeds team.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with two senior partners across healthcare and social care matters.
You will provide high quality advice for a range of clients including the NHS, as well as independent healthcare organisations and operators within social care and the voluntary sector.
You will manage your own caseload as well as supporting the partners on a range of employment matters.
You will also have the opportunity to work with the wider employment team across the UK.
You will advise on high quality matters including:
- Internal disciplinary/grievance/capability processes
- reviewing policies and procedures and contracts
- Advising on equalities obligations
- Employment tribunals
- TUPE processes
Our client seeks an experienced employment solicitor with both contentious and non-contentious experience.
You will ideally have gained valuable employment experience across one of our client's key markets, including health and social care, local government, financial services, general commercial.
