Protocol are proud to be working with a further education college based in the Croxteth area in their search for an experienced Animal Care Practical Lecturer
**Job title: Animal Care Practical Lecturer**
**Hours: Monday to Friday - 6 hours per day**
**Pay rate: £20 - £22 per hour + holiday pay**
**Start date: 20th of Feb**
**Contract length: End of the academic year**
**Assignment reference: 255960**
**Role responsibilities**
- Teaching units to include Level 1 & Level 2 practical animal care and enrichment sessions, Level 1 Dip Workshops, Estate skills
**The person & qualifications**
- Level 3 (FE) Animal Care qualification
- Some post-qualification industry experience working with animal collections relating to either companion or zoo animal, exotic animal or farm livestock
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C /4 or above (or equivalent)
- Preparatory Certificate in Education and Training (formally PTLLS) or Assessor Training Assessment Quality Assurance (TAQA) qualifications, or be willing to undertake within agreed time period
