- You will use personal judgement and initiative to authorise the delivery of services and make arrangements (including financial arrangements) with customers in accordance with delegated authority from client departments.
- You’ll support and guide them, sometimes you’ll need to comfort them, but at the end of the day you’ll go home with a real buzz, knowing that you’ve made a big difference in someone’s life.

**What we need from you**:

- You will have exceptional listening and communication skills.
- You will be a problem solver and be confident at making important decisions.
- You will have a genuine passion for customer service and helping others.

Please note that due to the nature of this role it is preferred for you to have access to your own vehicle as you will be required to travel between sites at short notice.

- We're building and shaping communities which people are proud of
- We're planning for the future; building and improving the roads, railways, schools, green spaces, and houses.
- We’re providing essential services across our communities to ensure they are safe and well maintained.

We've achieved a great deal, but we need talented and dedicated people to ensure we continue to make a difference.
