**Position**:
Working as a member of the Marketing and Communications Team, you will develop content for all the communications channels to support the campaigns, events and outreach work of the wider team. Content may be written, filmed, voiced or animated and could be delivered in any media channel in print, video, projection, podcast, html or by any other means.

You will be an excellent storyteller, working with the wider MarComms team, other staff and volunteers to identity opportunities for content that carries our propositions and key messages, with high standards of creativity enhancing the college brand.

You will develop a Content Playbook, setting out our content themes and objectives for content across a range of platforms. You will have the skills to produce content in-house (including copywriting, video production and design), and work with creative agencies to develop social content to exceptional standards of design and storytelling.

You will have an in-depth knowledge of current trends in social media and web development and develop proposals for future content themes or engagement with new platforms.

You will have a good understanding of communications and take responsibility for community management for all social media platforms and online forums.

For every task, you will bring your own ideas, creativity and enthusiasm, and ensure our work is outcome focussed to achieve good results for the college and our community of members.

You will be an enthusiastic team player, working across the team and the college, building positive working relationships with colleagues and volunteers, and contributing positively to meetings and discussions. You will take ownership of your tasks and projects, and be accountable for sound project planning, project budgets, record keeping and reporting outcomes and results.

**Requirements**:
This is a superb opportunity for an individual who is confident, methodical, organised and conscientious.

Ideally you will be a new graduate of a creative or marketing degree. You must have a good command of the English language and be experienced in delivering content on all major social sites. You should have a good eye to find the shot that will tell the story.

You will have excellent communication and team working skills. You will be a proficient user of the MS Office suite and have the ability to prioritise your workload with minimum supervision. A high level of professionalism and diplomacy is required for the role as is a willingness to take on new challenges and be receptive to change.
