Our client is an IFA, with offices in Norwich who are passionate about quality and integrity. They believe in creating opportunities for growth and are looking for like-minded individuals to join their team as an**Employee Benefits Administrator.**
Our client is now looking for administrators who will be responsible for supporting the employee benefits team.
**Duties (include but are not limited to)**
- Assisting the Healthcare Consultants with pre-renewals, collating data from insurers & preparing renewal reports
- Day to day healthcare & cash plan administration - leavers/joiners/invoicing
- Preparing client governance packs and updating systems and records after the meeting
- Preparing packs for employee clinic meetings
- Dealing with client and provider queries as they arise
- Requesting policy information for client’s Schemes and inputting information on the back-office system
- Circulating the current client review position monthly to the team
- Reviewing the client opportunity position, updating the back-office system and liaising with the team
- Assist with annual promotional/educational material for our clients and their employees
- Set up records for new client prospects and complete anti-money laundering checks
- Help with pension scheme compliance and tasks
- Draft new Service Agreements for issue to clients by the consultant
**Person Specification**
- Willingness to work hard with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Willingness to learn about healthcare, auto enrolment pensions and group risk products
- Commitment to study for professional qualifications
- Manage the volume and prioritisation of work, and deliver a high standard of service to retain clients and exceed the expectations of new clients, which includes:
- Understanding of, and adherence to, regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Delivery of high levels of customer service
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team working and flexibility
- Methodical and organised working practices to meet deadlines
- IT literacy, especially company specific software and Microsoft products
