**We are looking for a dual-site practice manager to manage our experienced teams within our 3 surgery practice in Cullompton and 5 surgery practice in Tiverton. Both practices offer a mix of NHS and private treatments, with free parking and fantastictravel links, this practice is fitted with market-leading equipment and is an excellent opportunity for someone to take their first step into senior management.**

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

- Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
- Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
