**Job Title: Waiter/Waitress**

**Location**: LE5 4BD

**Job Type**: Part-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, make recommendations upon request.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
- Monitor tables and attend to guests’ needs, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Clear and reset tables after guests leave, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of dining areas before service and clean-up after service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards for quality and customer service at all times.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remember orders.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
