One of the UKs leading IT Training providers are currently recruiting for a Content Marketing Executive, the role will be a hybrid split between their London office and home based. **The role**:

- Support the company’s overall direction by developing a content strategy that draws on best-in-class practice to engage our customers and showcase our offering
- Suggest, create, lead and contribute to a full calendar of varied content that achieves clear goals and speaks to all our target audiences. Blog posts, white papers, webinars, infographics, event, award submissionswhatever fits the brief
- Be an internal advocate of our brand guidelines globally and work with our overseas marketing functions to distribute relevant messages across our European platforms
- Analyse the impact of what you’re creating - agree metrics, use analytics tools and seek out detailed feedback to track the effectiveness of your content
- Work with sales to understand how your content is helping them find and land customers, so we know which messages to send to whom, when and where
- Wrap all this activity up in honest monthly reports that tell others what you’re doing, how well it’s working and how we could be doing it better

**Experience and skills**:

- Commit to a data-driven approach. You’ll build in metrics for every piece of content you plan and know how to track and analyse these.
- Enjoy taking charge of projects and seeing them through
- Have a technology background and be able to write engaging copy, quickly and with flair
- Adapt your writing style for different types of content and different audiences
- Communicate easily and confidently with people inside and outside the company
- Have published content digitally, so you’ll be familiar with how content needs to work with things like blogging software, SEO and automation features
