HR and Payroll Advisor

Main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- First point of contact for general HR queries
- Processing monthly payroll for part of the company
- Completing investigation procedures and providing advice on disciplinary matters
- Supporting with recruitment across all sites
- Involved in managing the onboarding and induction process for new starters across the business
- Support with the development and implementation of HR working processes
- Maintain confidentiality and provide a confidential platform for employees to talk about their issues in the workplace
- Monitor and report on key HR data / KPI's
- Update and issue key company policies and procedures ensuring they are read, understood and signed to accept
- Keep up to date with changes in employment law to support in ensuring we remain compliant

Essential skills and experience include:

- Broad HR generalist experience
- CIPD qualified / qualified through experience with minimum 3 years working in HR in a similar level
- Experience working in payroll
- Experience working in FMCG preferred
- Able to work at pace and multitask well

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
