Retrofit Assessor
**Overview** Pre-assessments are a much more cost effective way of screening properties for suitable measures across ECO4 and GBIS.
We have won a project performing pre-assessments for a large lead generator, which fall between a DEA and RA. In summary it is data collection, photos and a floor plan. There's no lodgement, no occupancy and very limited condition reporting. If measures can be installed their own RA team goes out afterwards.
They can then determine the funding routes for ECO4 and GBIS and they take 60-90 minutes. All work will be within your postcode specified radius and scheduled in advance. The end client will fill your diary on the days that you specify and payment is weekly, one week in arrears through CSG.
You will need RA qualification, current DBS and insurance.
