Head of HR - Brent - Secondary School - ASAP Start
A successful Brent School is seeking an experienced HR specialist to join their team as Head of HR on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 36 hours week. The salary for this role is £40,000 - £47,000 per annum.

About the role:
The successful Head of HR will lead the HR team in providing first class service for their busy and professional staff, meeting the legal requirements of the school and controlling costs associated with HR.
The Head of HR will cover the following areas:
- Recruitment and selection
- Retention
- Performance management
- Absence and cover
- Temporary staffing
- Payroll and pensions
- Retirement
- Redundancy
- Dismissal
- GDPRadmin
- HR related legal issues
The successful applicant will ideally hold their CIPD qualification
