**Job Title: Cleaning Operative**

**Location**: Various - Loch Ken (Galloway Activtity Centre), Newton Stewart and surrounding areas

**About Us**: At Drama Kleenz, we are dedicated to providing top-tier cleaning services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Based in Newton Stewart, we specialise in domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, holiday let changeovers, deep cleaning, and specialist biohazard cleaning and such as mould removal. We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail and use of high-quality products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of domestic and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and offices.
- Conduct holiday let changeovers, ensuring properties are guest-ready with a high level of attention to detail.
- Carry out deep cleaning tasks as required, focusing on areas that need extra attention.
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as biohazard cleaning, mould removal, and after-builders cleans. (training will be provided for this for those interested)
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Willingness to undergo training and learn new cleaning techniques.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
