You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 24 hours, 3 days per week (flexible on days), 8 hours per day 08h00 to 17h00 and in return, youwill receive a salary of £21,000 to £24,000 Pro Rata per annum depending on experience Plus Benefits. Joining us as a HSEQ Administrator, you will report to and be responsible for supporting the Director of Health and Safety for Liberty in several areas relating to health, safety, environment, and quality. Your role will be a key role within the HSEQ Team and will support the effective management and coordination of HSEQ across our group of businesses. **Responsibilities for the HSEQ Administrator will include**: - To monitor, review, update and amend the HSEQ Management System documentation as requested by the HSEQ Team - To assist the Director of Health and Safety in the administration and co-ordination of health and safety initiatives throughout Liberty - To support company compliance with regards to Gas Safe - including scanning and issuing of Gas Safe cards, coordinate Gas Safe registrations and support all aspects of Gas Safe compliance as required - To support with administration and co-ordination of internal audits and support / coordinate any external audits - To assist the HSEQ Team in developing processes, procedures, forms and documents - To provide support and guidance to operational managers with regards to forms, templates and accurate completion of any required HSEQ information, such as during incident investigation, tools and equipment monitoring, inspection compliance and facilitiesmanagement documentation - Coordinate the production, monitoring and reviewing of HSEQ policies, procedures and guidance - Ensure accurate data inputting into HSEQ monitoring systems for trend analysis and reporting - All other duties as directed by the Director of Health and Safety **What we are looking for our ideal HSEQ Administrator**: Proven experience in a similar role to coordinate all activities relating to our group HSEQ accreditations, management systems and legal compliance.
