You will work alongside our expert team of branding and content specialists, developers and project managers to deliver websites beyond client expectations. You will be responsible for the innovative design and layout from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days office based and 2 working from home so you **MUST **live within a commutable distance to Leicester city centre

**As a Web Designer at Unity, you’ll have the opportunity to**:

- Plan and design functional and design beautiful websites from the ground up to and to work alongside our award-winning in-house marketing teams to execute a powerful web presence that makes a real, measurable difference to our clients.
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about images and the visual look and feel for design assets
- Work directly with clients and have strategic conversations with decision makers to develop a solution that best feeds their requirements and end goal
- Assist in creating awesome marketing strategies through stunning design
- Deliver project roadmaps integrating with the client’s wider marketing strategy.
- Implement new ideas, techniques, technologies, processes and methodologies.
- Support our agency partners for ‘white label’ projects.

**We’re looking for a Web Designer that**:

- Is experienced in designing bespoke, responsive and search engine friendly websites in an agency environment without relying on themes and templates.
- Is experienced in creatingexciting and innovative web designs
- Is able to Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, diagrams, and sitemaps
- Has experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop & Illustrator. Figma will be a plus
- Has digital design experience with a good understanding of branding, user experience, a/b testing, marketing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Is able to work on multiple projects, manage your own time and project deadlines, and demonstrate good critical thinking abilities.
- Is organised, can work on multiple projects at any one time and can work to deadlines
- Has strong client communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
