**The Role**
**Location**: Fleetwood Nautical College
**Hours**: Full-Time
**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:
- Facilitate and enhance scholarly activities and research within the Maritime Operations curriculum, leveraging external and internal reference points to drive innovation and academic excellence.
- Work closely with colleagues, students, and apprentices to promote engagement in professional development, scholarship, and industry updates emphasising future trends and sustainability in Maritime Operations.
- Oversee the recording, monitoring, and evaluation of scholarly activities, and provide comprehensive reports to the Scholarship and Research Committee.
- Ensure high academic standards by supporting colleagues in their professional growth and keeping up with national and technological advancements in education.
- Utilise strong interpersonal skills to positively influence and motivate staff, enhancing scholarly activities and preparing students at Fleetwood Nautical Campus with essential graduate skills.
