**The Role **

With such a rapidly expanding business, an incredible opportunity has arisen for a Content Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic and talented marketing team. Reporting to the Content Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing content and social media support to the marketing team.

Highly organised, you will be supporting with crafting and scheduling social media content for all platforms, identifying and building relationships with influential content creators for social media collaborations, creating visual content, including videos to be used across marketing activity, planning and writing engaging blog content and supporting the team in delivering creative marketing plans.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Assist with managing the company’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn

Support with the content strategy, planning and scheduling social media posts for all channels

Create visual content, including videos to be used across platforms

Work with the marketing and creative team to initiate new ideas and inspiring content for press and social media, to include new launches, design stories, competitions, promotions and offers linked to the individual brand websites

Identifying content creators for collaborations, and liaising to build brand partnerships and create exciting photo and video campaigns

Use paid advertisements to drive social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest

Engage in conversations across social media to build brand awareness and increase organic reach

Assist in reporting of social media activity and analytics

Create engaging and SEO friendly blog posts

Manage the content hub to ensure all social media assets are uploaded in a timely manner

Update Google Analytics with any relevant marketing activity

Provide key support to all areas of the marketing department and the wider business with specific administrative and facility management tasks where required

**What we are looking for**

**Required Experience**:
Proven copywriting and editing skills with an excellent command of written English

Knowledge and understanding of social media and platforms

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines

Excellent attention to detail

Highly organised and self-motivated

**Required Qualifications**:
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe packages

1-year of social media marketing experience preferred
