RG Consultancy are working with a well established accountancy firm based in Wrexham who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining an established finance/payroll department and will be suppotedby the Partners and senior accounts staff.
This is a flexible working role, with some hybrid to be offered once settled into the company.
Duties include:
- End to end payroll (weekly, two weekly, four weekly and monthly)
- Understanding SSP/SMP/SPP
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Dealing with all payroll queries
- Calculating pension contributions (auto-enrolment)
- Production of reports for BACS payments
**Experience**:
- Fast paced multi-payrolls
- Practice experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Use of payroll software such as; SAGE, XERO and Quickbooks
- Excellent communications skills
- Understanding of PAYE
- Comfortable working to deadlines
